|
|
Hi
My wife decided to change both her individual and administrators passwords to her computer, which uses Microsoft Vista. She did this via the control panal option 'user accounts' and selected change password option. She can't now access her computer via her personal account or via the administrator account using either the old or new passwords.
My wife needs access to her computer urgantly, as she is now unemployed and is job seeking. Any help with this urgent matter would be most welcome.
Thanks

i'm not sure, but you can try this, leave the new password field blank, and you'll get access to the admin with no need for a password
